It seemed so long ago that we first met with Sharon and Adam. They’ve been planning their wedding for about 20 months and I can tell you that it was planned for success! I jumped at the opportunity to photograph a wedding at Hotel Monaco, a swanky, funky boutique-like hotel in DC. Room service will even bring you a gold fish to your room to keep you company if you ask for one. This was such a great location for a wedding and I know that Sharon has been so excited about it. The guests raved about all of the details, the fantastic food, awesome music, and of course…the stunning couple.

We feel so privileged and honored to share in Sharon and Adam’s wedding day. In such a short amount of time, I feel like I’ve gotten to know their friends and family. The speeches (countless number of them) were so personal, warm, and her mother’s was just hysterical. It’s easy to see why they are two very special people and I’m so happy that they’ve found each other. Congratulations, good luck, and take care of that foot, Adam!

On a side note, we were lucky to be working with such an amazing wedding coordinator, Shannon Calabrese from Memory Lane Engagements. I know she was instrumental in pulling off such a fantastic event and I can’t tell you how on the ball she was on everything! Thanks for such great work.
