When we were contacted to photograph a 25th anniversary vow renewal, we were not expecting that it was going to be so hip and so fresh as it was. With Gene and Lorraine, you can expect nothing less.
Yesterday called for rain. Once again, it was a bright, blue, sunny day. The resort was so modern and we can easily see why it was a perfect location for this special occasion and special couple. Lorraine picked out vibrant colors and Japanese-inspired accents to pull off the perfect anniversary party. After all these years, you would honestly think they were newlyweds. Congratulations to you both.
A few of my favorites from the day:

A perfect wedding day

Lorraine with Gene’s mother. What a beautiful family.

Centerpieces like I’ve never seen before. They were just stunning.

Did I mention what great dancers they are?

Becky and Brandon’s Wednesday wedding will definitely go down in history as the smallest wedding we’ll ever photograph. With two people (just Becky and Brandon), it was the ultimate intimate affair. We can’t even express in words how rewarding it was to be a part of this special union. At one point, Trevor and I looked at each other and said, this is so amazing. We’re the only ones sharing their day with them…and we couldn’t be more honored. Congratulations you two!
Becky’s delicious “whipped cream dream” Monique Lhuillier

The party already began before the ceremony!

The cutest little cake made just for them.

Another fabulous wedding!! How did we get so lucky to be able to photograph so many awesome couples?? Although I’d love to post more fun pics from tonight, it’s really late so look for more information and pictures tomorrow. ZZZZzzzz

an Amsale just for Staci

I’d call them lucky!

Trevor’s “Humphrey Bogart” shot of Jason

all packed up and out for the last time!

killer wedding boots

The rain held off just for Staci and Jason. We’ve never had a rainy wedding yet…but we have been close.

This portrait makes me want to do all of them on the fly. It’s probably one of my favorites…I just love how they look.

Could Joan look anymore regal? Such a stunning woman.
