Quite honestly, I can’t remember the last time I posted in my blog. A year…two? Sometimes I wonder if I should even keep this up, but I haven’t lost hope that I’ll be back so I’m keeping my blog as a bookmark ,if you will, for when I pick this chapter back up (sooner than later, hopefully). I’m not closing this book just yet. So why have I been missing? I’ve been having the ride of my life as a mom to a now 2 and a half year old boy and in September, we’ll be welcoming a baby girl! Henry has no idea that his world is about to change, but I’m hoping that he’ll fall in love with her soon enough…maybe a toy truck from his little sister upon her arrival might be encouraging. I’m not sure if Trevor and I are ready for the change…is anyone really? I guess you can say we’re probably more prepared than ready. So here goes, another journey…here’s to our little girl.
If you are reading this, thank you for coming back to visit me…I’ll see you around. XO
An oldie from April, but still a goodie! I have more that I need to post from last fall!
Well, it was actually a little over 13 months ago….that everything took a back seat to my new life with Henry. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to keep up with Photos Unscripted like I had imagined, but life is great and I’m happy as a mom…and an occasional photographer.
I haven’t given up on trying to balance both worlds, so don’t go too far.

I should be fined for my overdue posts. My new life as a mom is certainly challenging, but definitely rewarding. The time I took for granted is just a distant memory now. Making a run to Target and the grocery store in one trip is a great feat for me. Hey, I’ll take what I can get. =)
Anyhow…here are a few pics of a family shoot I did a few weeks ago. The Cragins are no strangers to my portfolio and have become friends over the years. It’s been so fun to watch the girls grow up into little women. I just adore them all!

Look at that precious hair! Adam (A.J.) was an angel during the shoot and barely made a peep. He was the perfect sleepy baby.

I think he likes me.

Check out the fab spread for Kristin and Steve! I’m so glad their wedding was chosen for the issue. It was an amazing event.
